First attempt to draw a woman.

This is my first attempt to draw something "good", its not the best but I dont think its too bad... i think the head is too big. XD
If any one out there wants to draw a better version of this, please feel free to do so, constructive criticism is also encouraged.
the hardest part for me is drawing the nose and the lips, if anyone has any tips they would like to share, please comment.
if anyone draws a better version, please show me so i can redraw your redrawn drawing (thats a doozy!)
i would like to learn from my mistakes and... well... draw better! XD
