This Is Amazing!

It Really Helps When You Have A Keyboard Without Volume Keys.

And When You're Lazy To Reach The Keyboard, Mouse Wheel Controls Are Your Besties!

Is it possible to change the audio device for peak meter?

Did you mean an application Volume2PM.exe or peak meter on OSD?

Change log of last beta v1.1.5, build 400?
Hi Izyxa
I have been using Volumose for years, recently i have formatted my laptop (Dell XPS L502X, Win7 64bit) and load Volum2, After set my personal config. Same as that i have been using  for years, it does not run at startup, so i have to startup manually ("Run program at windows startup" is checked on System integration section) Any suggestion to fix this issue? Thanks in advance for your answer and by share this awesome program.
Is there a way to have a shortcut to do the "Test" feature on an audio device? I have a set of speakers that go into stand-by and this activates them easily and it would be nice to do it by shortcut.

Yow irzyxa,

Can you please change the Volume2 program so, that Volume2 Peak Meter settings (Movable, Stay on top & Snap to edges) will be kept/saved?

Cauze some games, like warthunder, will keep switchin to the desktop when Stay On Top is enabled.
And in current version, disabling this option, will be enabled again after a system reboot.

Thanks so much.

Just a question: Is it possible to open the program multiple times? I'd like it to set the sound for the active application and also for spotify seperately. Thank you

Хоспади, это 10 из 10! Спасибо.
Функционал у проги превосходный, идеальный интерфейс. Золотые руки у Вас и большое сердце, т.к. сделали её DonateWare.

Shouldn't it take over the default OSD? Is this a bug? (I have Windows 10 64bit)
I'm just looking for a way to reduce the default volume OSD timeout without changing the global notification timeout.
(5 sec. for a new e-mail notification is pretty short for example)
The Volume2 OSD timeout can be configured, but i can't see the sense in this when the default volume OSD is still there for 13 seconds.

You should add your volume+\- keys to Volume2 hotkeys

Thanks, but I've found another solution. The freeware" Volume Step Adjuster".
You can customize the volume
increment/decrement steps with this. Was searching for something like this anyway.
And it has a useful side effect - the volume overlay gets disabled as soon as you run it.

Makes a perfect pair with Volume2.

But one thing is bugging me. The main window always shows up when booting up windows.
Can you please disable this in the next version?
You normally don't reconfigure the program on every reboot, so it should start in the system tray.

Have found also a solution for this. :)
With some programs (4T Tray Minimizer or AnVir Task Manager e.g.) you can force programs to start in system tray.
THIS VERSION IS OLD! Download newer versions at the author's website:
I'm having some volume adjustment errors. I'm in logarithmic mode, 20 steps. When I turn volume down to 50, I have to increase volume twice. I'm pretty sure this is due to internal float rounding errors.
