Thanks for taking your time on explaining in detail. It seems like I don't have what it takes to be an admin, it looks to be a hard work! Besides, by the next year, I won't be around, so it's even more problematic to become one! 
But yeah, I think I got them clear and sound, I think I got how the donations works.
