Thanks for sharing this! I was going to request a video and now I don't have to! I'm curious, do you use the lasso tool or the path/pen tool to create your flats? Also do you use stock photoshop brushes?
i got a lot of requests in the last months, thats why i did this Video 
and yes, i used the lasso tool here and corrected the shapes with brush and eraser, iam too impatient for the path tool 
and yes, i use edited photoshop brushes but also selfmade brushes, but nothing special oh and big selfmade texture-brushes or textures in the end
