Disclaimer: all Equestria Girls characters I depict are graduation age (18) or older canonically according to the series (within the context of a floating timeline). The work I do also falls under UK law of Parody and Pastiche (Section 14, Fair Dealings). I would not draw underage characters or violate any law or copyright in bad faith. My rule on this has been strict from day 1, long before DA even bothered to enforce their own T&S. Anybody who is even slightly familiar with the source material knows that Hasbro does not depict these characters as minors, they own property, have jobs, run businesses, some live on their own etc. It is not my job to ensure that DeviantArt Moderators do their homework before removing my uploads.
