Here is the lady who runs the Asylum. the one who ordered the lock down and the gathering of any one else who has gone mad by seeing this 'Puppet' lurking in the shadows and minds of those once sane.

She's never seen without Dr. James Roark at her side. [link] (he's her right hand man, and the tie breaker in case a judge find themselves having a tie between two contestants)
One last thing I forgot to add, she LOVES kids. no matter how bratty or spoiled they act.
