Mysterious, Perhaps Nameless Torimori Reference

No one knows her name. no one even knows if she actually has a name. she's just a mysterious pile of nicknames and weird little smiles(at least one of these nicknames is Puck if you need an actual thing to call her. preferably phrased as "Puck" or Puck?)

She's very extremely cheerful and hyper, and tends to be loud and get all over people's personal space, but is ultimately very friendly

But also at the same time she has threatened to kill people where they stand over very weird things(in the same happy tone of voice as everything else she says). this is not an empty threat. she is a probably-unstoppable force of chaos who has likely killed before and would kill again
