🌱 Hello! This is the Official Insectoplant Terms of Service 🌱 --- Please read through this journal thoroughly so you can understand your rights as a member. Upon purchasing or obtaining an Insectoplant, you agree to these terms of usage and service. Certain situational disputes apply, as well. INCLUDES TOS, COMMERCIAL USE, AND BLACKLISTED USERS. - Commercial use of designs you own is allowed, but permission from the designer is needed. Permission from the artist, if different, also needs permission if you plan on using artwork that isn't yours for said commercial use. This means you can create things like stickers/plushies/keychains/prints/etc of your Insectoplants. If you are the original designer/creator, no permission is needed. - You may not create an Insectoplant without a MYO (Make your Own) slot or other provided permission from Staff. Insectoplant Giftart! Giftart NEVER closes, you're free to do giftart at any time as you like! How this works: You draw someone else's Insectoplant and receive Blooms in return! Giftart entries are graded by staff. There is a 35 Bloom limit per month! It resets the 1st of every month!
