Magical misfits www.magicalmisfits.net made a reference to my old webcomic. Someone there said they miss it. I made a comment to mom about it and she agreed, saying she used to read it and really enjoyed it. For mom and aqua and of course :iconlphogan: I'll do it! It will take me a bit and I need to rewrite it but I'll do It. Even if it means making my props and scenes one at a time. I have the skill and a lot of resources from playing second life. That I can easily texture everything I need. I can make it in blender, where I have the most control and I might even be able to toon it. But the style itself will be kinda basic. No fancy trees, unless they awe being climbed. Stylized cars, ect. I even have a kitty and a wonderful clothes maker. So stay tuned to this spot for I'll keep this updated.

If anyone wants to help me design the part of the site that will host the comic itself step up and leave me a note. I plan on having a blog like gateway with graphical link to the comic, much like charby the vampirate does. Very minimalistic with ads on the gateway page. I don't care if I have to do each page separately. This way I can do each part separately and so they can load quickly.

I know a number of people like :iconghostrunner: and :icondarthpaul99: will probably cheer me on. Oh yeah, Ghost, I think I finally figured out what to do with that prize. Im thinking Alex playing the violin, random background. I decided that Alex will be a violinist for.....reasons. If you need help vistualizing go watch some vids at www.lindseystirling.com/videos… for she is my inspiration for violin. I play because of her and so will Alex :) I can totally imagine how it will enhance the comic if he has played the violin since age five.

Well, off to bed and wish me luck
Attention, please read this if you havent, I have a very low tolerance of people assuming I want to connect with them more than artist to fans.

Ok, well rested and well thought out, I have the basic idea for the first chapter staring a certain rabbit. It will start on the Sally flipout day, with a very good reason instead of the stupid reason I had before, and I will use the sketches that I commissioned  :iconstephenleotti: as the base for it. Make human will be my basis for the characters in my comic. I might have to remove a few parts, like the ears and such since IoX Xadians don't have any remains of human ears but I'm sure it will be quite fun to do, once I figure out how. Now, instead of always playing a game I will be posting images and other deviations about updating comics. First I will make the basic characters and their low polygon counterparts for when they are background characters, in make human so that I have something to scale things with then I'll start on the props. What's really cool with MH is that its possible to do almost any humanoid shape to it. Although I do wonder if I can possibly do non-human (Alexis dragon) characters, However that will be later, like once I get the other ones done I'll tackle her. I also need to make sure that I can make her head without having to start from scratch. Her snout was a custom morph target that I made in daz3d with the send to hexagon option.

I decided that I will use rigged mesh hair, since that will give me the most control and stuff. That and MH has excellent examples of hair, and I'm pretty sure that I can make something work with another program. Ive also been watching lots of videos, and they all make sense this time so I really think I am ready and rearing to go.

On to the clothing. I have a wonderful tool called marvelous designer www.marvelousdesigner.com It's an older version, back when they were beta and the license was free but it's still good. I wish I could afford the new one but at 60 bucks a freaking month they can shove it soo far up there tha--- .....ahem. Simply put they are so full of themselves that there's no wonder only the big names can afford it. Still if that $550 price for the lifetime includes updates then, yeah, that would be worth it. I've toyed with the demo on one of my old machines and it's really something. I could really make some awesome clothing with that. :)

Anyhow, I'm working on it in my free time. I'll release plenty of deviations once I get things set I just hope I don't run into too many snags. I'm pretty good at modeling now so I should at lesat be able to get the models done. See next update on a new and I hope image full journal.
