But in all seriousness, I find that my color palette consist of bright colors against a dark background.

Nope! I stayed in America because I have a general understanding of politics lol. I think people forgot there is such thing as the "checks and balances" system.
Hmm... I am trying to think of a case where the surgeon would tell them no. I am guessing maybe if it is a high-risk procedure... Like.. liposuction for instance! I believe one has to be of a certain weight or whatnot for it to fall successfully, but even then it comes with complications.
Other than that, if a person believes surgically changing their look will make them happy... well I am happy for them! Eh.. but that is their choice to make.
