I love this piece! Her outfit is wonderful, with plenty of detail, which gives it more of a realistic feel. I wouldn't suggest blurring the hair, because that looks rather unrealistic.
Your line art looks beautiful, and very professional. Her expression is odd, can't say I've seen something like it before. I dunno if that's a good thing, or a bad thing, hehe.
You did well with the folds in the clothes, they all look like they're where they're supposed to be.
And well done with the shading, it looks nice, especially on the face. Seems like you could have added more shading, and maybe more of a background, but I suppose that's all up to the artist. Looks like you could be more unique with this, and make it pop out more, but what you have so far is really good. Keep up the wonderful work!
