Good concept! I like how much emotion you got one her!
  Just some suggestions; The composition seems unbalanced due to the lack of a focal point on the left you don't have to put her dead center                                              but having the focal point two thirds the width of the of the canvas can be very powerful as opposed to the far side.

                                        You have a lot of very saturated colors, using hues that seem dull when by themselves can have a greater impact when next to certain other hues. For instance when placing a very de-saturated orange next to a slightly high saturated orange the de-saturated orange appears blue to the human eye. I'm not saying you should use orange for this specific piece but it might benefit you to start looking at colors as warm and cool instead of using their names. Don't be afraid to play around with colors that don't look so bold by themselves.
