I'm trying a new inking technique, starting with  this . It's super soft and sploshy on the color layer, and I'm really liking how it turned out. I'm admittedly a bit of a control freak when it comes to color fills, so it feels both exciting and DANGEROUS to work like this. :nuu:Anywho, more to come. Thank YOU, dear space being.

Well space beings, it's been a hell of a year so far, and my productivity has taken a nosedive as a result. At the end of January I went up to the mountain for some snowboarding (harmless snowboarding super fun what could go wrOHGODNOMYBONES). It did not end well. Especially for my drawing arm. Anyway, now I'm at the mostly-recovered end of a shattered clavicle, reconstructive bone surgery, having largish amounts of metal screwed into me and left there, and the psychological impact that such an event inevitably has.Interestingly, I'm more excited about drawing than ever. Funny how that works. Maybe it's the shiny new parts.I'd like to star...
