First snow, time to go by InKibus First snow, time to go by InKibus
Some props to top things off with.
The umbrella is just a photo-reflector, but I am glad.
The shiny gold inside really helped light the dark costume instead of all bleeding together.
The case is to an old Foredom drill.

The beak is poplar wood painted and finished. The mask is is leather, straps, and screws. The rudimentary goggles are leather and caps/covers from a rifle sight!
Yeah, they fogged over sometimes, but I could actually see and breath in this costume.
The frock was a historical pattern Frocky and I selected.
I am wearing one (of a pair) Steampunk Shock Gauntlet made by =Winneganfake that are actually Frocky's. See them here. And sadly, I couldn't fit my palm through the palm-strap, my hands are much larger than Frockys, but I wrapped a watch around it for a nice effect. The work is to beautiful not to use! ;)
And no, I did not buy a black wig or dye my hair, so I used my real hair. Hope it's not to out of character.

Please look through my Costumes and props for more photos of this. And pop by =FrockTarts for more of her pics of this and her works.
Much thanks to Frocky for her hard work and my mum for helping with my mask!

As to the costume. Suggestions only. The read cape would be nice in heavier, more drapey fabric. Maybe velvet or some such. the light weight of it and the wrinkliness detracts a bit I think compared to the drape of the rest of the outfit. I think the hair frankly works very well with the costume, as darker hair would blend in too much. I like the props, but maybe a darker case would be nice. Of course your likely limited in your available choices. A doctors bag would be most excellent.

As to the photography. It is nice and clear, though a little more light on the side would be nice, just to bring up the details a little with a touch of contrast. I could certainly see this walking down a shadowy street in old london, appearing out of the fog. :) All in all, I think its quite brilliant and once again I am impressed by you and your sisters talent and imagination.
spirits bless my friend,
