for dinner i had foie gras, caesar salad, three slices of quattro formaggi pizza, and a tiny portion of medium-prepared 1kg roast beef tenderloin at vincenzo. this means next week, i have to start my routine of 10 minutes treadmill and 35 minutes cross trainer if i am ever going to lose the 10kgs i have picked up and added to my waistline and other lines over the last four years. i was doing pretty well and ended up getting tonsilitis (not fun). i recovered and exactly one week later, i was back at the docs for severe vomiting and diarrhoea. gross, i know. but now i'm healthy and eating far too well and getting back on top of things so
