The clouds in the blue sky floated lazily above Gul's head as he laid against a tall oak tree on top of a grass covered hill. It was a peaceful moment that he sought after in the island where nothing happened. Or that is what he wanted to describe the island as, but he always seemed to be wrapped into something new everyday. Yet looking down at the city shrouded in flames and smoke, it was no freedom now. Only destruction and death out there, brought upon by the will of Giants. Stomping on the place I once stood guard, the fear gripping my heart. I had caused this fate, me the unknown protector of this city. I had brought it's ruin, the guilt forcing me to collapse on my knees. Unable to shoulder the weight, as I watched helplessly as the giant man in my view crush another building with his mere foot. I could still shrink him down to doll size, but it wouldn't change the fact that the city was no longer able to be saved.
