Environment: Winter Village

Hi there!
Maybe I'm a bit early with that topic, but I think it's a good time to start with winter landscapes.
Based on the concept "Snowscape", I started with some photos of exteriors I found on the net.
Finally I painted everything together and turned it into a small moody village at dusk.
The rationality stopped me in painting some more timeconsuming details. I could have spent ages in painting all that stuff.
The original is at 4k resolution.
Surely too much space for small brushes ...

Great composing apparent here! I like the way the village hugs up against the cliff - as if hiding from the winter sun, which is beaming freely over the field.

amazing work indeed! i liked it so much that i used it on my desktop and cant stop starring at it... and while i was starring i couldn't observe that the castle there is the castle from romania named Peleş castle ^^, awesome work
