Gosh I'm a little late commenting on this! I'm really glad that you think shin is beautiful and that you enjoyed drawing this! ;u; He turned out really so quite nice!! I love the very thin black lineart on this piece. It has allowed you to include details like those teensey feathers behind his ears and at the base of his mane. I also just love the details of how his mane mullet lays on his shoulders and folds over itself. Gosh, so much thought put into that <3 I really like the way you've drawn his white cheek feathers too. They are softly curved but the fibers are parted and a bit messy, because shin just isn't that great at grooming.

On top of that, his head looks very heavy; like it has quite a bit of mass to it and that's great! the structure is fantastic and, of course all of those beautiful needle-like teeth make us wonder if he's got mischief planned behind that smile >>
