The Stalking Cloud

The Stalking Cloud manifests as glowing purple liquid or mist that moves with a mind of its own.  It gives its master a breath weapon of disorienting fog and the ability to control the movement of fog.  With practice, the bearer can cause fog to appear and dissipate at will.  This magical object can open the door to greater control over the weather and climate for dragons who work to further their abilities.
