Nostalgia Curio

Being in the presence of the Nostalgia Curio will cause a rush of nostalgia in others, the wearer inexplicably reminding them of pleasant memories.  It makes others unusually willing to offer friendship, aid, and forgiveness.  The Nostalgia Curio also gives its dragon a breath weapon of a grayish haze.  It is neither smoke nor fog and cannot be blown away, although it will fade away on its own accord.  This magical object can open up the possibility of its wearer developing abilities related to memory.
