You Missed

Another white pencil project. This is one of the few drawings I've ever made that I can say turned out exactly how I wanted it to. My goals for this picture were to use as few photo references as possible, and to seamlessly blend what photos I did use with the observational parts. It's a combination of my model skull, a few books, my own hair (which I had to draw backwards from my mirror set up), and a paintbrush in place of the arrow. The spine and the apple were photos.
