Searching...
Darkness folds beneath me
and with it the last rays of life,
I enter the enveloping unknown . . .
with little quest in my eye
searching beneath the realm of man
for a treasure better left untold,
dressed in the womb of life
Searching, seeking, through the darkness
being, breathing, shredding skins
No Life Within, No Death Without.
Spinning iris sends confusion through
my mind, pupil darkened only one
reflection reminds of the stark day,
brightly decorated in crimson hue
of my last glorious sunrise
beyond the shadows of my mind;
fingers grabbing,
footsteps fumbling . . .
chest heaving,
walking . . . weaving . . .
Labyrinth Lies
Beneath The Realm Of Man;
ever listening to entombed wombs ...
treasure never found,
still I seek in folded darkness
a solitary being
beneath the realm of man . . .
searching. . . .
