Ashura

Also known as asura. Kijin who are reborn into and inhabit the realm of Ashurado upon their ambiguous nature in their life as a human. Above all esle, ashura are warriors who live for bloodshed and slaughter. Ashurado is one of the six realms of Buddhism. It is not exactly a happy rebirth but also not an unhappy rebirth. They delight in violence, destruction, and have strong egos. Despite the immense pleasure ashura feel from the carnage they inflict, they can never achieve true enlightenment. Therefore, they will never know true joy. The realm of Ashurado could be compared to Valhalla. A realm where it's inhabitants live to kill and destroy.
