AI users are stealing the working people's artistic hard work, and they are especially stealing from and harming those of minority and disabled backgrounds. DeviantArt is most prominently a medium for the under-privileged to self-express and show your dedication where society accepts you nowhere else, hence the "defiant". Now DA is run by fascists who see art as capital rather than artistry and just want to make money from attention-whoring uploaders who didn't make their own images or know how their images were made (plagiarists).
