OUR MISSIONTo serve as a sanctuary for dark art photomanipulation on dA and to help the dark/macabre/horror communities gain more exposure on our site. Our goal is to take back photomanipulation and revive dark art. To promote this goal, we have created a new group that we hope will be a force to be reckoned with! Welcome to "In-Obscuro." -------- LESSON ONE  We want to promote the dark/macabre/horror communities on dA. That means we would like to see more Daily Deviations (DDs) and other features for our community. However, to get a photomanipulation DD on dA, you MUST have credited your stock. Click here for more information. NOTE: Having work accepted in this group does NOT automatically qualify you for a DD. Stock must be LEGAL. That means images taken from sites like google or lenagold.ru, which distributes clipart from images found in random places all over the Internet, are not allowed on dA. Premade backgrounds and cut-out stock must be made from legitimate stock (e.g. not from google or sxc.hu). The maker of the premade background / cut-out stock should say that he/she is using their OWN stock to make it. By doing so, we make it easier for our Community Volunteers to promote our art across dA. This benefits us ALL by getting us more exposure and improving the community overall. |
