Thank you for posting this! I might give it a try after I have made some less detailed dolls.

I really like this pattern; you have no idea how hard it is to find properly-proportioned patterns for humans and humanoids. Would you mind if I modified it to make a centaur?

Here's the pattern I made with your pattern: katie-may-sews-stuff.deviantar…
I used the torso and the arms from this pattern.

how is the head suppose to be sewn cause i'm not sure if the way i think t is done is the way it's suppose to be done.
the same fore the torso, are the cutout areas suppose to be sewn up or what?
take one head piece and sew the "v's" together... doing so will cause the head piece to turn into a sort of bowl shape. Once you have done that to bot pieces then sew the perimeter together leaving a side open to turn it inside out

the "cut out" areas of the torso would be darts to give the waist shape

is there a male pattern similar to this one? just wondering....
I suspect that if you didnt create the dart in the front body piece and created a "straight" foot that it would be masculine..

Is there an instruction for the body or the head?
The second doll I did I used the curved leg for both, and some plastic beads so that she sits.
I figured out the torso and legs first. It should be a very cute doll once I am finished.
I think letting us use our oun ideas on what it should look like is great. Remember people, sewing is only half the battle.
Muchas gracias!!
how do i put it to gether?
