Scratch comes across a group of Dinotrux who are investigating a mysterious regime involving brainwashed Dinotrux.
Episode 3: Forge
A Sauroslaganax named Forge challenges the Ty and his friends for control over the crater.
Episode 4: Archaechopteryx
An Archaechopteryx earns the ire of Xee when she begins to steal her supplies for no reason.
Episode 5: Serrate
Scratch and Skya meet a devious Serratosaurus named Serrate and have to solve his dangerous booby-trapped maze to escape.

The Trux meet D-Structs and D-Stroy’s long-lost older brother who wants revenge on Ty for humiliating them.
Episode 5: Diver
Scratch meets a Scubasaur named Diver when the Trux visit Kelper.
Episode 6: Reassemble
D-Semble reassembles D-Structs’ old gang in an attempt to take over the crater.
Episode 7: Stingbuggies
A trip to the desert turns into a rescue mission when the Trux come across Stingbuggies that kidnap Tik-Tik.
Episode 8: Fix-It
Scratch befriends a Scraptool named Fix-It, a Scraptool that fixes things rather than destroy things.
Episode 9: Torpedocones
Forge attempts to destroy the Trux by unleashing a squad of Torpedocones when they head to the beach.
Episode 10: Goldtrux Returns
Goldtrux returns with a vengeance as he targets Scratch and tries to force him to be his servant and upgrade him. Garby might be able save Scratch, if he can control his eating habits.
Episode 11: Motortool
Forge sends out a Motortool to infect the Trux and Tools, forcing Scratch and Fix-It to find an antidote before his friends permanently rust.
Episode 12: Caverns
A rockslide traps Scratch and D-Semble’s gang in a series of caves and tunnels, forcing them to work together in order to escape.
Episode 13: Coelocyclus
Serrate unleashes a herd of Coelocyclus to separate Scratch from the Trux.
Episode 14: Dig-Dug
A Diggersaurus named Dig-Dug needs Scratch and Dozer’s help to rescue his trapped herd from D-Semble’s clutches.
Episode 15: Smasher
The Trux meet Pounder’s brother Smasher, who is trying to stop both Pounder and Goldtrux from destroying his home.
Episode 16: Sipter and Tank
Ty and Scratch meet a Septisaurus named Sipter and a Tankersaurus named Tank.
Episode 17: Brainwash
Scratch discovers that Forge somehow has a way to get Dinotrux to follow under his will, but there might be something much darker at play.
Episode 18: Cave-Mandroids
Ty and the others come face to face with their most deadliest enemies yet; the ancestors of all robots.
Episode 19: Speeder-Tooth
Scratch must save the other Trux from a pack of fast and deadly Speeder-Teeth before it’s too late.
Episode 20: Pyro
When Ty is put out of commission, Scratch must step up as leader to help a heroic-minded Firesaurus named Pyro return home.
Episode 21: Mechalodon
Scratch tries to save the Trux’s doubles when they get stranded out to sea and are being harassed by a ferocious Mechalodon.
Episode 22: Battle Arena
The Trux get captured by the Cave-Mandroids and forced to fight for their amusement.
Episode 23: Robomals
D-Semble lures the Trux into a small valley where they become the victims of uncontrollable and loony Robomals who have a habit of taking their jokes way too far.
Episode 24: Semisaurus
A herd of Semisaurs have lost their way to the Lowlands and only Fix-It’s knowledge on how to get there can help them, if Revvit’s jealousy doesn’t stop them first.
Episode 25: Scratch vs. D-Semble
D-Semble kidnaps Scratch and forces him to fight his gang while the other Trux and Tools try to solve his riddles and puzzles to save him.
Episode 26: Tractordon
A gluttonous Tractordon begins to cause trouble in the Crater by eating everything in sight.
Episode 27: Scraplantis
Scratch discovers an underwater kingdom filled with new kinds of Dinotrux and parts, but Forge decides to take over with some Torpedocones and a Mechalodon.
Episode 28: Sarcocruise
A Sarcocruise somehow finds its way to the Crater Lake and causes havoc, forcing the Trux to confront it before it escapes into the nearby rivers.
Episode 29: Windrider
A Scrapadactyl named Windrider befriends Scratch and Fix-It, but why does she need their help and why does she insist they come alone?
Episode 30: Infestation
Serrate brings a whole group of scrappers to destroy the Dinotrux, leaving it up to Scratch, the New Trux, and the Reptools to figure out a way to get them to leave before it’s too late.
Episode 31: King
The Trux encounter an enlightened and wise Dreadtrux, who warns them of a coming danger that could mean the end of everything they know.
Episode 32: Repairasites
Scratch finally figures out how Forge can control other Dinotrux, but his discovery could end up making things a whole lot worse.
Episode 33: Alpha
Scratch reveals that he is an Alpha-Scraptor, a rare yet incredibly dangerous variant of Scraptor, and word gets out fast, causing Forge, Serrate, D-Semble, and even the Cave-Mandroids to hunt him down.
Episode 34: War Part 1
Forge, Serrate, D-Semble, Goldtrux, Blayde, Splitter, Pounder, and the Cave-Mandroids all join forces to attack Ty and the others, but what is Forge really up to?
Episode 35: War Part 2
Forge double-crosses everyone and reveals to use an incoming meteor to take over the whole world, forcing Scratch to rally all Dinotrux, both friend and foe, to save the world and stop Forge from succeeding his goal. Meanwhile, Ty and his friends run into a familiar face. One they thought they had seen the last of.

After defeating the D-Brothers and taking back the crater, Ty, Revvit, and the others will be experiencing new adventures, meeting new friends, and facing off against new enemies, ones far more dangerous than even D-Brothers themselves.
