It’s not a line from Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
However, I remember coming across a YouTube video that was just a collection of lines from a queue of a Roger Rabbit dark ride and one of said lines inspired me to do this drawing.
(And because I don’t remember coming across any fan art pieces of Benny the Cab.)
