This picture is absolutely beautiful. I love the use of colour and tone, especially in the leafeon. The texture of the fur is also very well done.
I laso love the ice rose in the middle, but also how it's still off to glaceon's side, as it's ice and is part of that theme.
The tecture of the background is also very interesting, it really draws my focus when I stare at it.
The only quirk I have about this is the fact that glaceon looks just a little monochromatic with its background and is sort of being washed our. Some paler blues, like the ones in the rose and some more vibrant purples could really make it pop. Because I'm looking at leafeon a little more than glaceon because it stands out more.
Your work still never ceases to amaze me.

at the moment, with the list of things you have that you want to do, i would call this a work in progress. but still, this is very good.
now, the right leg is really bugging me. not that the pants need to be tightened, but rather the leg thinned down a touch. Also, with the shape of the legs, I would expect larger hips, or more of a curve (as both wolves and humans have them).
the knife in the strap also really bothers me beacuse it looks like it should be falling out. I think pushing it further in would also be better (sorry if that's not possible atm).
The right arm also needsto be shortened since it's bent more than the left one. my suggestion here would be to hide it completely behind him. the left eye should also be less shiny.
sorry if im being a little harsh, but you're still working on this so thats why.
