Hmm ... I don't really know if I like this picture or not. I guess I do, or else I wouldn't be uploading it, but I feel like there's something missing... (I'm *so* tempted to add wings to myself ... or maybe just one ... so I can be like Sephiroth

Anyway as you can probably tell, some of the hair is painted on. I did stand in front of a fan to get the "wind in the hair" effect. It looked pretty okay too, but when I made the background white in Photoshop (I shot this in my room) the hair strands vanished along with the furniture So I painted them back on.

I LOVE Paint Tool SAI! I've always had trouble drawing/painting hair in Photoshop (I can't get the brush settings right) but SAI makes it so easy! I downloaded the trial version a few days ago and I love it.
