Coping with Stress Newsletter

Full View Please

Heres the newsletter for August 6th!! Its a little late in the day but this one took me a long time to make. lol Again I'd like to remind everyone that before this week I'd never used a program like publisher nor have I ever made newsletters, brochures etc... I am a novice. :aww:

Here are the links to the websites I referenced while making this newsletter! I was once again reminded at the wealth of information that is available.

[link] -about types of stress
[link] - about stress management
[link] -General Info

I read others as well(while doing this newsletter) but I can't find them right now so I think those 3 will do. :rose:

Other Credits:
:bulletred: The pictures once again are compliments of Microsoft office clip art. (thank goodness for being a paying customer lol)
:bulletpurple: The template is from Microsoft Publisher 2010, I did change the colors and reorganized the general layout.

This is so helpful. I know I'm reading it late, but I've been dealing with tons of stress lately and this has made a huge difference.

My therapist keeps telling me don't should on yourself.
But stress does get in the way of things...

The newsletter is quite clear and concise and well done. :)

Very well written/formatted. It goes without saying that stress is an important part of everyday life, and those with mental illness need to make sure they can handle it. By practicing coping skills and cutting out unnecessary stress, the challenging lives of those affected by mental illnesses can be made easier.
