Yin and Yang

I hate being on a diet, but I need it, and luckily that group didn't laugh at me when I suggested a contest with dietetic recipes.

So here you go.

A light coffee mousse with 'snow with honey'. I chose the title because of their contrast: a dark coffee mousse with a small cup made with dark chocolate against soft egg whites cooked in the milk and with some honey drops.

If you want even a lighter version don't make the chocolate cup and use a normal coffee cup.

Sorry if the cup doesn't look perfect, it's the first time I do one and it was strangely difficult.

The snowflakes with honey have just 77 calories,the coffee mousse less than 300 calories because I used Greek yoghurt, egg whites and a spoon of honey to bake it.

Easy for your hands, sweet for your lips... and light for your hips!
