The warm weather has provided me with a great opportunity to get out there with my Macro Lens and snap away at anything I might find. Unfortunately there seems to be an abundance of insects having 'fun', and I just feel awkward taking their photos..
I've just bought myself a nice little wide-angle lens too, so I'm going to see what I can do with that in the near future.

Spring has sprung, and thankfully the weather has been pretty fantastic recently and let me venture outside for some decent photo-sessions.
Yet even with the ones I've taken so far, I realised I can't wait for summer.
The bees, the wasps, the butterflies - all manner of weird and wonderful insects to get up close and personal to with my macro lens.
Not to mention the even better weather and better, brighter mind-set that it brings!
So, it's been a while. But I'm back.
I never left, really. I was just a bit quiet for about a year.
What's new? An even bigger, and ever-growing love of photography and all creative, lens based media.
My life has changed time and time again over the last year, and with it, so have I as a person. Learning life's lessons has been tough, but if anything, I'm looking forward to the inspiration that I know will be born from the forks in the road. Perspectives changed, and with it, influenced my artistic direction. These changes will manifest at some point in the future, no doubt.
