The Scrouse by iLantiis The Scrouse by iLantiis

Ambrivans are a closed species created by me, Lantiis aka E. Whittaker.
Scrouse belong to AmbrivanSociety and the Ambrivans and are a closed species.

Ambrivan Pet: The Scrouse

(the above are three examples, not necessarily how they all look exactly) Soft, fuzzy, cuddly, and in a variety of color combinations, Scrouse are both an adorable and loveable pet plus a fashion statement! Scrouse have large sensitive ears, robust strong tails, plush fuzzy fur, inquisitive cold wet noses, large muscular rear legs, and eye orbs that reflect the night sky even during the day!

Their fur colors are usually always white, brown or black, but their accent colors change depending on the environment they were born in and their genetic make-up. Their tertiary color (the pigmentation), is always a lighter variety of their fur color (white furred Scrouse have light markings that are darker than their fur for obvious reasons).

Scrouse are famous for their small size. They can fit easily in your hand. When on all fours, Scrouse are about 4-inches long (not counting the tail which is double their standing length). Standing upright, from bum to eartips, the average Scrouse is about 6 inches tall (8-ish inches if reared up on their hind legs).

The tail is a rather special thing... Aside from being double their standing height (about a foot long), it is agile and very strong. It also has specialized cells that vibrate the air around it which creates a calming atmosphere. In the wild, Scrouse use this to cure some ailments, deter predators and de-escalate fights. If that doesn't work, their hind legs are powerful kicking machines. In captivity, Scrouse wrap their tails around their owners (waist, arms, legs, neck, wherever it is needed) and vibrate away stress, pain and sometimes even lull them to sleep.

Scrouse are playful as young scrufflings. As they age, their playfulness turns to inquisitive learning. Scrouse are famous for the array of tricks and skills they can learn. Scrouse with unusual colorations or a large book of learned skills are often kept by the most fashionable Ambrivans on Ambaran.

How do I get a Scrouse??
:bulletblue: Buy one from the Petshop with 100 pts (will be one of these three).
:bulletpink: Earn one from RPing in the Discord (Will be a MYO adopt).
:bulletpurple: Catch a rare adoptable from iLantiis  (could be anything!).

:iconambrivansociety:
Must be a member and have an adult or teen Ambrivan to own a Scrouse.
