Starting today, we’re testing a series of new features on the site.  These features are currently available to many of our Beta Testers, as well as small handful of the general deviantART audience. #deviantartupdate Today When art news happens around the world, deviant artists are among the first to respond in the most evocative ways possible. We're proud to unveil the Today page — the new human and dynamically powered newspaper for the community that reflects the stories inside of deviantART as they pertain to art, fandom, pop culture, and world culture. Designed to showcase a variety of content — including editorial pie
New Username Symbols: The Journey
A New Road to Travel When I was first approached with the project to redesign and replace our user symbols I was naturally quite shocked. For those of us who've been part of deviantART for a long while, changing the username symbols seemed like changing the colour of the sky, or asking everyone to suddenly start walking backwards, right? It seemed like such a fundamental part of what deviantART is that it was hard to take on board. But then really, when you think about it, the old symbols were meaningless at face value. And that, my dear friends, is exactly why we set about looking at rethinking them. Think about when you first found and jo
WeChat Emoticon Sticker Semi-Finalists
DeviantART and WeChat challenged you to create your very own animated sticker! Whether you wanted it happy, sad, or dancing the night away, it was up to you to animate an emoticon sticker you have never seen before. The WeChat judges labored over each entry and selected the top twenty-five stickers. Who will take one of the three grand prizes?

The deviation page on the mobile website has just gotten a huge uplift!

In uplifting the mobile deviation page, we re-evaluated what the most important functions and information on the deviation page were, and altered the page to present them in the most easily accessible way. From there, the deviation page was given a visual refresh for ease, clarity, and simplicity.

Features that were previously hidden and accessed by a "More" button can now be accessed without any page shifting, allowing the art to be the focus, and making for a seamless, user-friendly experience. More From This Artist becomes much more visible as well, encouraging viewers to tap through to see more of your art, and Featured Groups and other features are just a tap away.

In addition, a tab has been added so that viewers can easily watch or contact an artist from the deviation page, making it easier than ever to interact in the midst of your browsing experience.

Try the new deviation page! Visit deviantART from your mobile device.

Can't find a way to edit my DeviantID on android. There's no little pencil edit button next to my text. I've checked settings but it only has edit avatar under Personal. Any help would be great.

Also why is my deviantID so far down the page, under Faves etc? It should be first, up the top. It's my page, not a page for people to see others first.

Hi there. I am trying to find deviant Art´s official app in Google Play for android. I am having a hard time finding it. Only some unofficials so far. Could you perhaps show/send me a link to this. I would be very grateful. Thanks :)

I do like the look of this, its very nice however when i use the mobile ap its to check personal messages and group messages; things of this nature.  I prefer the pc when browsing or looking at group submitted images because, frankly its bigger and way better looking.
I've tried to find third party aps for DA that fulfill my needs but so far have found none.

Hi there! You may want to file a bug report at the Help Desk about that. Be sure to specify the make, model, and operating system of your phone when doing so, alright? :)

I appreciate what you're trying to do, but it just isn't enough. My phone doesn't show anything different, and it's harder than ever to view on my tablet. I still can't reach notes, journals, polls, or user pages without getting a 404. Again, attempt noted, but I really hope you're on the way to an official app or something similar; the community is just as important as the art, imo.

Hi there! We don't actually offer support for Kindle devices. You can see a list of supported browsers/devices here: FAQ #38: Which browsers and Mobile OS are supported by deviantART?

Hi there! It should be down at the bottom of the page, there should be a "Switch to Mobile Site" link there. Is that not appearing for you?
