I was scared to death by the flames when i did this shoot, lol Most of the dolls around the altar were safely on doll stands, though :)

I hope to be getting some plaster and clay to start making props for my doll(possibly dolls after Yule this year)

You don't need plaster for props, you need ebay and local shops and toys :P
And Fimo ;)

i don't trust e-bay. I have seen my friends get screwed over by sellers too much.... Local shops charge an arm and a leg, except the thrift stpre an hour away, but they are only good for clothing materials. Toys are easy sine my hubby works at a toy store, but still pricey and IDK what Fimo is.

If you use eBay right, and have some patience, goodwill and are polite with the traders, you'll do just fine. I have *never* had a negative experience with eBay, and I have over 100 transactions from there :)

I am still weary about e-bay (though there is one seller I am probably going to try soon for a cheap wig. I know my friend ordered a camera on there that was supposedly 'slightly used' and it showed up broken, the lens was cracked and the battery compartmen piece was snapped off.

I'll have to try Fimo, I know a lot of people use sculpey (spellfail), but it looks like plaster when dried to me.

I never boy things used on ebay, only from people how have 1000+ feeedback and at least a 95% positive.
You can save a LOT on shipping single products compared to the doll firms :) :)
