Really, truly, Jo?

Commissioned by a friend-she wanted a scene from Louisa May Alcott's Little Women. She gave me the chapter, and I picked the line:

"'Really, truly, Jo?'
He stopped short, and caught both her hands as he put his question with a look that she did not soon forget."

I was rooting for you, Teddy dear!
It's very interesting working on artwork while suffering from a fever...
I spent a long time working with the dappled light effect. I'm not sure that I quite achieved it, but I will continue to work at it!
