Okay it's now fixed!!! Well I hope? Let's see if the problem turns up again later. Hope not. Thank you soo much everyone who have commented!! :iconyuihugplz:

I just reinstalled the driver hehe ^^;


Hi guys how are you doing?

Okay so I was working on a pic earlier and then suddenly my pen started to act weird! Like it makes lines or it draws even without the nib actually touching the tablet or like even while hovering. It works perfectly okay yesterday and I didn't drop it or anything (well I did, but that's a long time ago). So yeah has anyone of you had the same problem? I tried googling it but didn't really find any answer. ToT
Actually it still goes back to normal from time to time but it's so annoying and it makes me work slower than ever.

If it didn't fix I might just upgrade to intuos pro (I've been wanting to have that!) but that shit is like the most expensive thing ever! So idk. I don't feel like  buying just the pen and it's so hard to find one here, idek if there's even an available one.

I'm still hoping it will get fixed. >o>

Did  you try updating the drivers?  Every time mine starts acting weird, it usually just needs the newest drivers.  

The Intuos Pro is a lot of money, but I noticed a huge difference in my art after I upgraded.  I consider it one of the best investments I've made for my art.  I'm also told monoprice tablets are very good, if you want something cheaper, but they have issues with multiple monitor setups, so it wasn't a choice for me.

It can be because you have an out dated setting. remove the tablet settings and reinstal them, you will find the new settings at wacom.com

I had similar problems with Bamboo,either the pressure won't work or it just acts weird like in your case. I uninstalled the driver and everything related to it. I restarted my laptop and I installed it again,also I have been unplugging the tablet out of my laptop.
It didn't work for me the first time but I reinstalled it few times again and now it's still working. I hope it will work for you ^^'

Oh man, if only my university were open this week! Much to my surprise, they actually sell Wacom stylus/pens there. :/ (but yeah, I'd try replacing the pen before buying a new tablet)


Other than that, I'm sure someone maybe said it already, but maybe try uninstalling/ reinstalling the tablet?

un-install and re-install the driver, if it continues go to your tablet settings and check to how mch distance & tip feel is the tablet suppust to read the pen, make sure both are in the middle or i your preference, if any of this work leave the pen(disconnect the tablet) to rest for a few hours. If you try again and it doesn't work there's a high chance that your pen might have malfunction

Re-load the driver. That's what I had to do. Once I walked away from my tablet and I came back to my computer looking like a Pollock masterpiece.

Try re-downloading your tablet program (If possible)

(If not):icontears-plz:
 
You might have to upgrade since any other option didn't work (Except scanning for viruses)

It's happened to me a couple of times - it sounds like the drivers have gotten corrrupted. I usually fixed it by either restarting the computer and praying they reload non-corrupted, or by redownloading the drivers from wacoms website

When my pen dose this, it normally means the battery in it is low. I don't know what kind of pen u have but mine needs a battery to work, so if yours takes batteries, I suggest you change it(or them) out. 

Don't have any other suggestions other than, if you can't find anything, to buy a new pen... Sorry

Odd, but it's happened to me before, have you tried taking the nib out and inserting it back in then restarting your computer? You could try to reset the sensitivity under the Wacom Settings too.

I tried it already still the problem is there. Uhm about the reset the sensitivity, where can I find it? I'm using wacom bamboo and I could only find bamboo preferences  and could not find any reset sensitivity thing OTL
