I came up with a random thought earlier-the designs for Victoria from Twilight look similiar to the ones from Seras Victoria from Hellsing. Hellsing was made way before Twilight.

Think about it. Red hair, ruby eyes... in this case, blue clothing. Of course, this only applies to Seras from the original series, but really that was the only series of Hellsing that wasn't manga out before the book was made.
