Here I show some examples of graphics I created using Clip Studio Paint EX, with SKP-derived 3D inputs from 3D Warehouse.  If there is a DAE file, I would process it in Shade3D and/or Blender3D first, then either export as FBX or OBJ.  Then I import the FBX or OBJ into Clip Studio Paint EX, and build up the scene layers to make the final 2D graphic.
