Yes, it is possible, if you export him from Daz Studio Pro 4 as an FBX file.  His physical poses will not be included in the FBX, but his rig is usable in Poser Pro 11, so you may pose him manually.  I tried to upload him to Mixamo for animating, but they cannot process this type of FBX for some reason.  Too Bad !!  You need to adjust his material settings in Material Room.  Wherever you see the Transparency Node connected on the Poser Surface, change the value from 0 to 1; of course, change this with care, because not everything requires transparency.

SuperFly gives the correct render output.  Results are far more accurate if you switch off all the scene lights and use an HDRi as background image / light source, or, activate the ambient node for both Background and Ground material zones of Poser's The Construct prop.

If you insist on rendering with lights switched on, please note that internal mouth parts must not have SSS node in use.

Note that some Specular nodes on the Poser Surface (in my case, the Blaine Hair) have a value but do not have texture plugged in.  Simply attach the hair texture to the Specular as well.

You can manually set some of his expressions by selecting the relevant control parts in Hierachy view, then using Parameter dials to make very small changes in values.  As I only have the base version of the Genesis 8 Male figure, I cannot comment at this time on using the additional morphs for the figure, using Poser Pro 11.

One caveat:  The buttons for shirt and jacket became separated from the main rigged shirt and rigged jacket, after conversion to FBX.  They are individual prop geometries. If you are very hard-working, you can manually adjust them back to their positions on their respective clothing geometries.  As I am merely demonstrating how effectively an FBX version of Genesis 8 Male imports into Poser, I did not bother to make these adjustments.
