The Untold Story of L.R.R.H

Spring was in the air….err ... Once upon a time, as spring was in the air, where daffodils formed in specks of gold among the bushes and dandelions popped in, creating a sweet aroma border through the woods of fresh cedar and birch, a youngling, in a red matte overall-like dress, was strolling through the path of cropped dirt, which was created in the cedar and birch woods. Little Red Riding Hood was skipping towards her pending destination. She was invited to help her grandmother clean up her humble sun-bathed brick adobe. “It’s best to start cleaning during Spring,” said Little Red cheerfully.
As Little Red followed the path instructed by the letter from her grandmother, she met many citizens whom she greeted poilety until she met….the wolf. Little Red Riding Hood was terrified since she believed ALL wolves were vicious and horrifying creatures. “Where are you going, dearie?” the wolf asked politely. Little Red responded with fear in her voice, “I’m going to my grandmother’s house. She needs my help to clean up her attic.” The wolf pondered Red’s response because he knew he needed community service hours, due to personal reasons, and saw this as an opportunity to get them done. The wolf started, “Little dearie-”, but, before he could finish his sentence, the girl was gone. He was about to tell Little Red a shortcut to her grandmother’s house.
The wolf took off towards Red’s grandmother’s house to get there before Red arrived. The Wolf approached the adobe and noticed Red’s grandmother on a very rickety ladder, seemingly having trouble. The Wolf entered, and in a high tone cried, “Madam!,” concerned that the old woman would fall. Grandmother heard the wolf’s voice and turned to see where it was coming from. When she noticed the wolf, she was terrified to see him. Her thoughts, the same as Red’s, were that all wolves are vicious and horrible creatures!! “Madam, please! Do not be afraid. You’re going to fall from this unstable ladder of yours.”
Ryan paused, so the grandmother could process what had been discussed, then continued, “My name’s Ryan and I am here to help you. You see, I need community service hours.” The grandmother was astonished with the idea of a wolf needing service hours, as well as his well-mannered attitude. “Let me assist you to get off this ladder,” said the wolf. Grandmother felt quite flustered with the kind words of the wolf. “Alright Mister Ryan,” said the old grandmother. “It’s very nice to meet you. I’m Nidia,” she said as she climbed down the ladder. As Nidia was heading down, unexpected dust bunnies started falling onto the wolf’s face. He felt a little sneeze come on, he tilted his head back, and….”ACHOO!!” the Wolf sneezed! His mouth opened wide and knocked the ladder down along with poor old Grandmother Nidia. She fell right into the wolf’s mouth, and was accidently consumed by the wolf.
After that unexpected snack, Ryan didn’t feel too well. He thought that laying down would make his dizziness subside. Ryan searched around for Nidia’s bedroom, stumbling down the small hallway until he reached the bedroom. The wolf toppled onto the bed, getting himself comfortable and pulling up the covers. He felt the crisp air, pulled the sheets over his long nose, and tucked his ears under the soft layers of comfy blankets. He remained calm and little by little he fell asleep.
At last, Little Red Riding Hood made it to grandmother’s adobe as it calmly basked in the sun’s wave making the colors pop more. She went inside and looked around for her grandmother, but Nidia was nowhere to be seen. Only a ladder on the floor and grandmother's mule lightly covered in dust bunnies above the opening shadow of the trap door to the attic.
Little Red Riding Hood then heard a soft snore coming from the little hallway towards her grandmother’s bedroom. Little Red went to investigate. When Little Red arrived and slowly cracked open the door of the bedroom, she saw the bedpost and bundles of blankets swaying up and down. Little Red walked over to the side of the bed and timidly asked, “Grandmother? It’s me Stacy, I am here to help you with the attic.” Ryan abruptly awoke. “...mmhm?” whimpered Ryan as he moved to see who it was.
But before he could move the covers off his face, Ryan suddenly heard a sound of a little girl. “Oh Grandmother! What great big ears you have,” Red exclaimed as she stared at the ears sticking out of the pile of blankets. Ryan took a moment to realize it was the little girl from earlier. Ryan was flattered by the comment, which he took as a big compliment. “Why, thank you! They help me to hear you better, dearie,” Ryan said with enthusiasm after he huffed and move slightly, revealing his eyes like a little cave from the pile of blankets. Stacy was astonished and mesmerized by the glass-like orbs of rich jade green with a caramel swirl ombre, in which she saw her own reflection. “Oh Grandmother! What big and beautiful eyes you have,” Red said to Ryan. “Oh, why thank you! They help me to see you better, dearie,” Ryan replied gleefully, while squinting at Red, his pupils expanding towards her and blushing from the second compliment.
Red then saw her ¨grandmother’s¨ big hairy hands and became confused. Had her grandmother been hibernating? Red then exclaimed, “Oh Grandmother! What big hands you have.” Ryan was feeling very comfortable with Red, although they had just met, and being overwhelmed with compliments, he was so enjoying the conversation. However, the cheerful aura quickly flipped to an ill and grogging mood. Ryan couldn’t really move as he became weak and stuck onto the pile of blankets, barely able to move.
Ryan then pleaded to Red, “Dearie, please help me out of the bed?” Red asked her grandmother whether she was okay and became concerned. Due to Red´s tiny height, moving up onto the bed, foot by foot, was like climbing the Himalayas. As Red finally got on top, she reached for the covers that were tucked under the big pointed ears. Red pulled and pulled, worrying if her grandmother was okay, but to only and slowly reveal the unknown behind the piles of blankets. Ryan slowly adjusted to the light and saw Red finally pulled the last of the covers. Ryan was about to greet her again, and tell her, that we finally meet again but not before Red realized it was the wolf.
She froze in terror. All she can think was, “where is Nidia? Why is the wolf on my Grandmother’s bed?” But before she could say anything, her foot was caught on the blankets, as she tried to yank it out and escape. She tugged so aggressively that she let go with her foot and lost her balance. Ryan not able to react or move, and not wanting Red hurt herself, with sudden fear and anxiety, he opened his mouth wide just as Red fell inwards into Ryan’s mouth. Ryan swallowed her whole.
Ryan felt rather upset while shouting to himself out loud, “This was not supposed to happen, this was not my intention to hurt dearie and her grandmother, nor swallow them both.” Puzzling, while feeling rather tired about the situation, he couldn't think what to do, his whole body began to reject the two people he had just swallowed. The wolf was unable to move, nor speak, as he kept groaning and groaning on the bed. Ryan was very still on the bed and felt like time was frozen and this was never ending torture.
At some point, he fell asleep again, but this time no blankets over him. As time went by, a woodsman came strolling along and heard the sound of snoring coming from grandmotherś house, when he entered in he saw a ladder on the floor and a lightly covered dust bunny mule. The woodsman followed the snore which went along to the small hallway to Nidiaś bedroom and saw Red’s Hood dangling against the bedpost. He thought to himself, What happened here?? The woodsman noticed the big belly of the wolf, and assumed this vicious and terrifying wolf attack and ate rather an old grandmother and a little girl as he saw a framed photo besides her bed on top of the bed table. To his surprise the wolf woke up. Ryan attempted to explain but just groaned at him due to his weakness of not being able to move nor speak, but the woodsman showed no mercy and from his view, and looked as if Ryan was growling at him. The woodsman pulled out his axe and, as he swung it into the poor ill wolf, he exclaimed, “I am Damein Rellik and you will perish in hell demon! Your pathetic threats don’t scared me¨ With that being said he swung right towards Ryan’s belly. Sudden blow, out came Little Red and Nidia. As soon they were out, Nidia blurted out to the woodsman,¨Wolf Ryan! Wolf Ryan was a very generous and kind soul, who tried to save me from the ladder and clean my attic for me!¨ Damien and Stacy were both astonished with the idea that a vicious and horrifying wolf did not exist at all! They all did their very best to save Ryan´s life but by this very time it was too late. Ryan the generous wolf passed away due to massive injury to the abdomen. Remember everyone always try your best be nice to all humans and animals, they are not what you think they are.
Later after that tragic event, a news reporter came by to catch up on the latest gossip, though there was nobody there at the sun-bathed adobe. He decided to take the opportunity to take clues and hints from around the house and rumors of what he’s heard from the citizens and created his own storyline. That night since, it became popular as the false story spread around the world and was known as Little Red Riding Hood, where a little girl comes to visit her grandmother, but when she got there she found out that her grandmother was killed by the so called “big bad wolf” and herself was eaten while she tried to escape.
