Alpha PNG Windows 7 Picture Frame Kit
Use this kit to make your own Windows 7 user pictures (with or without glass). I guess they can be used as avatars or in WB skins for custom user pictures.
Only available for 48x48 pixel images. Paint.net template included or PNG file if you use another graphics application. User pictures can be created with or without glass. Use the non-glass version for darker images.
