Shipping Surprise, Part 2
Jeff and Cal were waiting by the side door when I arrived at the factory. It was the night after I'd accidentally ended up in Cal's stomach, and this time it was my turn to try being on the other side of things.
"Hey, Cody," Cal whispered as Jeff unlocked the door. "You ready?"
I nodded, trying to conceal my nervousness. I don't think I fooled him. He patted my shoulder reassuringly as we went inside.
As we walked through the factory to the packing machine, Jeff handed me a banana. "Here, eat this," he said around a mouthful of his own.
"Huh? Why?" I asked.
"I read up on the LiquiPack today. There's a lot of test reports and studies online, if you look in the right places.
