No, this is not the second "gay dinosaurs" picture, these are fighting caseidae.
Caseidae are very strange proportioned pelycosaurs from the permian age. They are, oddly enough, mostly ignored, even by paleoartists which are specialized on permian reptiles. Here you see two males with red, swollen throat of an smaller species of the genus Cotylorhynchus (maybe C. romeri) which became between 3 and 6m long.
This method of fighting is known from many reptiles and mammals (in german "Kommentkampf) they are normally not lethal, and only to see who's the stronger.
There are many concepts which are very fitting for this animals, smaller species are possible adapted for digging, the large orbita of some could be helpfull for a partly nocturnal lifestyle and the primtive members are known from upland habitats, perhaps they even reach the mountains.
