How would the eggs and nests of an spinosaurid look like? This question come into my mind when I start this piece.
Here you see one possiblity, a small hill of mud and leafes (a mixture of flamingo and crocodile nests), the eggs are similar to these of Oviraptor and covered with small spots (nearly every dino egg I saw was just white or light brown!)

Edit: maybe you notice, when you look a second time on this deviation, that something has change. This is the second version, after yoult mentioned a few obviously mistakes of mine.
