This was my entry for the 2011 TOFA Open Round. The theme was "create a game-show," so here is The Most Dangerous Game Show!

I spent a bit too much time on the host's animation, and really ended up rushing pretty much everything after that. Lip-synching was skipped entirely. The art style I attempted is way too time-consuming for something that needed to be made in less than 3 weeks in order to make the deadline.

Cool animation, but lack of lip-sync makes it a bit awkward

That's funny! I think my favorite part was the host #1: Posing randomly and #2: Saying "NO!"

Were these your voices?

Yeah, these were all voiced by me. The host made my throat sore.

The movement of the host just barely makes up for the lack of lip syncing. Unfortunately it does make the animation quite boring to look at for the rest of the dialogue. Lip syncing doesn't have to be very time consuming, just make a couple of movieclips with different mouth shapes and switch them around during the dialogue, matching the sound.
