I tried to make this clear in the pic, but just in case, for the record, all the stitching is attached to the hoods and bodysuits the heroines are sewn up in, not physically into their bodies in any way. (Although, yes, I'd say the ultimate effect is quite intentionally creepy on the part of our villainess here.)

Yeah, they are Stereotypical Superheroines, so they're never going to shown dying or being permanently maimed.
