The Prophecy: Chapter 6~ Memories
Salana dreamed of the bridge again. But she also dreamed of something else. A dark shape moving through the water, ensuring all in its path was rendered obsolete or scared off. Salana felt safe near it. She felt as though nothing could touch her as long as that shape was near her.
The blue eyes she had recalled for the first time that day, something that had leaked through from the "very bad", now invaded her mind. They were intense but loving, gentle, soothing. And seeing them here made Salana's soul feel complete. She knew somehow that these were the eyes of her mother. But she did not know how she knew. She just did.
The dark shapes surrounded her in a protective formation. Try as she might, Salana could not make out details. They were shadows. Her mind still shielded her from their identities which she somehow knew was associated with the "very bad".
One of the dark shapes spoke to her. "You will remember."
