I love the movement in the work! They both have that funny bendy metal look I so crave in my creatures~~

Thanks! And if you're looking for more fluidity, I'd recommend studying animals and their anatomy - sketch them in motion, focus on capturing the gesture first and details later. I borrow a lot from felines (although there's a lot of modified anatomy in my critters.)

Totally agree! I'm thinking of drawing a chopper creature, maybe with dog leanings in design and behavior

That'd be cool! Dog + heli sounds like a mix that will work well.

You're in luck, that happens to be my favorite wheeled vehicle of WWII - I just uploaded a character based on one!

I find the Kettenkraftrad quite cute :XD:. I have seen it in a museum, and I quite like the way you made it "alive" :D. If I saw that living Kettenkraftrad in the museum I'd be that kid who says "awww can I keep it? But mooom! It's adorable!"

oh and that plane is badass! :la:

Kettenrads are GREAT such odd little things but oh my god I want one :'D can you imagine offroading in something like that? I just love all the strange vehicles the Germans cooked up in WWII. :D

Ah yes! I reckon Kettenrads are better than the ATVs we have now :D You can't go wrong with catepillar tracks!

I think the Germans made the most impressive machines in the war. For example the Schwerer Gustav. 800mm of artillery power! :D I never knew it was even possible to build a gun of that size. Ooooh and their dream of the Landkreuzer P1500! I am a fan of their Maus :) A mobile bunker is something you don't want to see heading towards you :XD:

Not necessarily, but they'd be similar to ride - you have to throw your weight around to counterbalance the weight of the vehicle on inclines and such since unlike a bike, you can't lean it to stay stable. Sure would be fun though :D

YEs haha! My favourite of the giant tracked THINGS is the Karl-Gerät, a 600mm mortar tank - biggest of its kind, odd but neat lil thing. Most of those super projects weren't very effective but the Germans made some very impressive advances in technology at the time, from the Ho-229 jet-powered flying wing to essentially designing the first modern submarine (Type XXI "Electroboot" - everything after the war was pretty much based on that layout. It's the first sub really designed to run for long periods of time underwater. I did see a similar project the Japanese were working on as well.) I've been lucky enough to get to see the last Type XXI and it's a very impressive machine.

Looks freaking awesome! :happybounce:

The eyes on that He-162 reminds me of "Eddie the Head" from Iron Maiden. That band mascot even inspired me to put eyes on two of my planesonas. :D
